Return & Refund Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Returns
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Eligible Items:
Print-on-demand products (such as t-shirts and apparel), if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Griffin Road Games minis, if unopened and unused
The book, if unopened and undamaged
Non-Returnable Items:
Original art (all sales final)
Custom or personalized orders
Items damaged due to misuse or wear
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Since t-shirts and other POD products are printed on demand, sizing and color can vary slightly from the product photos. Please check the size chart before ordering, as fit issues on made-to-order items are not treated as defects unless the item doesn't match its listed specifications.
How to Initiate a Return
Email tom@tombabbey.com within 30 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and reason for return
You'll receive return shipping instructions
Ship the item back in its original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. A trackable shipping service is recommended. I'm not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received
Refund Method: Original payment method
What's Refunded:
Full purchase price of returned item(s)
Original shipping costs (only if item was damaged or defective)
Not Refunded:
Return shipping costs (unless item was damaged or defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact tom@tombabbey.com within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos of the damage
A replacement or full refund will be arranged, including shipping
A prepaid return label will be provided if needed
Exchanges
Direct exchanges aren't offered at this time. To get a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note:
POD product is printed on demand and may require 2 to 5 additional business days for production before shipping
Original art may require additional processing time for secure packaging (5 to 7 business days)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day
During busy seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Delivery: 5 to 7 business days after shipment
Carrier: USPS First Class or Priority Mail
International Shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Delivery: 10 to 21 business days (varies by country)
Carrier: USPS International or equivalent
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order ships. Contact tom@tombabbey.com if tracking hasn't arrived within 7 business days of ordering.
Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. I can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Address Changes: Contact tom@tombabbey.com within 24 hours of placing your order to change your shipping address. Once shipped, the address can't be modified.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but the order hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact tom@tombabbey.com within 7 days to file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: If a package arrives damaged, take photos and contact tom@tombabbey.com within 7 days. A replacement or refund will be arranged.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you'll be contacted to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Pricing Errors: If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, you'll be contacted with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Availability: Products are subject to availability. Quantities may be limited or products discontinued at any time.
Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. Any order may be accepted or declined for any reason.
Payment: Payment is due at time of order. Major credit cards are accepted.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Complete credit card information is not stored.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is added to your order based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
Title & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Original Art
One-of-a-Kind: Original artwork is unique and handcrafted.
Final Sale: All sales of original art are final.
Condition: Original pieces are photographed and described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color and texture are inherent in handmade artwork.
Griffin Road Games Minis
Minis are sold as collectible and hobby items. Some assembly or painting may be required depending on the product listing, this will be noted on the product page. Minis are not toys and are not intended for children under 14 due to small parts.
